Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.

When do I pay?
Please pay half the agreed fare upon arrival at your destination, the remainder at the airport when we drop you off.

Are your shuttles Air conditioned?
All of our cars are air-conditioned.
Also, they meet all the safety requirements.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, but we prefer cash! You may pay in EUR, USD, GBP or BGL. Have a look at the website for the amount.
I really have to pay by credit card!
Ok, Let us know

What currency do you prefer?
We prefer BGL currency (because we don't lose money changing it) but we will accept Sterling, Euros and U.S. Dollars.

Where can I change money?
Changing money in your home country will be expensive, not all banks will have Bulgarian LEVA handy so you will may have to wait for it as well. The best way would be to change enough money to last you until you can get to a bank in Sofia as they have the best rates. There are also plenty of ATM's/cashpoints in Sofia and they actually are a very good way to change money. We strongly suggest that you DO NOT use the exchange offices in the airport or in Sofia as they are not regulated and are very deceptive in their advertising.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight on the Internet and by our airport representative, so we are aware if you will be arriving late. Whether you are 1 hour late or 6 hours late, we will have a driver for you at the airport.

Is there is an additional charge if my flight is late?
No, unlike some companies we do not charge waiting time. Of course if your flight gets in at 0300 feel free to give your driver a BIG tip!
Our price policy is very competitive. The price quoted is the price you pay, there is no hidden costs for late arrivals, luggage, tolls, fuel …etc !

How do I find my driver?
Our driver will wait for you /until hi meet you/ in the arrivals terminal holding your name board clearly displayed. In case of disappointment contact us on our 24 hrs HOTLINE : +359.888.74.74.14 and will found you immediately.

Can I have a receipt?
Of course, just ask the driver.

How long is the journey to the Sofia city?
Generally 30 minutes to the city center, during rush hour and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary. For other city’s and resort’s destinations feel free to ask us.

I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a board bag and my pet snake- will there be room?
If you are bringing a mountain bike or a lot of luggage please let us know.

What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me into the city?
You should be aware that there are drivers who operate at the airports without authorization or proper insurance, and they may charge you more than you arranged with us when you arrive at your destination.

Should I tip the driver? How much?
Yes, Loads! Of course it is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he or she gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.

Location and territory
Bulgaria is located in South-Eastern Europe and occupies the North-eastern part of Balkan Peninsula. To drive in Bulgaria
you have to be at least 18 years old. You can use your national license, if it is issued by a country - signatory to the Convention on Road Traffic (Vienna 1968). To avoid unnecessary problems it is useful also to have an international license. Remember always carry your driver’s license with you when you drive. If a representative of the traffic police stops you, do not get out of the car and wait for the policeman to approach. You could be asked to present the vehicle’s documentation which consists in registration card, technical support card and third party liability policy.

Roads in Bulgaria are bumpy and sometimes hard to drive, when we talk about the countryside. So – drive slowly and carefully. In and around the bigger towns and cities roads are better and faster. Be careful on the motorways too – some of them are currently partially in repairs.

Speed limit
In the cities speed limit is 50km/h, outside city limits – 90km/h. On the high way 130km/h are allowed.

For violating speed restrictions you will be fined between 20 and 150 leva, which you could be asked to pay when leaving the country, at the customs. Remember – fasten your seat belts. Otherwise you could pay a fine of 40 leva

Car Parks
Be careful where you park your car – in cities you could not only be fined but your car could be taken away, which will cost you stress and money! You can park for up to 2 hours in the city centre, in the designated blue zones. The fee for up to one hour parking is 1.00 leva. Some car parks are privately run and prices vary.

Petrol stations
The biggest petrol station chains in Bulgaria are OMV, Shell, Petrol and LUK Oil In this petrol stations you pay cash or with a credit card.

You should always check the emergency equipment of your car because there are some things required by law: emergency medical box, fire extinguisher, triangle, spare tyre with rim, jack screw and lug wrench.
